America Tarpein

America Tarpein is a mental health therapist currently working at Kinder Konsulting and Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. since October and September 2022, respectively. Previously, America served as a practicum student with Project AWARE at Woodward School District from January 2020 to December 2022, focusing on school-based mental health services, including crisis intervention and therapy. America's experience also includes a practicum at Western Plains Youth and Family Services, engaging in various mental health and counseling services from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, America worked as a classroom teacher at both Spring Creek Elementary School and Dream Lake Elementary from 2005 to 2009. America holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University, along with an Associate's degree from Valencia College.
