Adrienne Whitworth

Adrienne Whitworth is an experienced legal and HR professional currently serving as VP of Legal and Risk at KinderCare Learning Companies since April 2019, following a role as Senior Director of Legal and HR at Champions & KinderCare At Work. Previously, Adrienne worked at ZOOM+Care as Legal Counsel and Director of People, and at Banfield Pet Hospital as Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included managing employment legal matters for over 20,000 associates. Earlier career highlights include positions at Columbia Sportswear as Assistant General Counsel, Icebreaker as Director of Business Affairs, and adidas as HR Team Lead. Adrienne began a legal career at firms such as Garvey Schubert Barer and Perkins Coie LLP, and holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oregon, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Willamette University.
