Beth Chase

Beth Chase, CPPM, CSM, currently serves as the IT Program Manager for Tech Ops & Security at KinderCare Learning Companies since August 2025. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions at Deluxe from November 2015 to August 2025, including IT Manager for the Digital Enablement Office, where responsibilities included PrintCo Portfolio Lead, resource management, and financial management, as well as serving as Principal Program Manager for Infrastructure & Security and IT Manager for Service Desk & Scheduling. Earlier experience at Target spanned from June 2002 to October 2015, including roles as Program Manager for Database Lifecycle Management and Sr. Project Manager overseeing finance and SAP demand. A strong technical background includes experience as a Sr. Software Engineer focusing on mainframe applications and application modernization. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Services from Augsburg University, a Certified Professional Project Manager designation from the University of St. Thomas, and a Certified Scrum Master credential from CPrime.
