Monica Seger

Monica Seger is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in human resources management, project management, and program development. Currently serving as an HR Program Manager at KinderCare Learning Companies since July 2022, Monica leads initiatives such as the Wage Investment program, collaborating with multiple departments to implement new pay philosophies. In addition, Monica has taken on a role as a Temporary Reporting Specialist at Encamp, handling environmental compliance reporting. As the owner of Glaze & Stitch, LLC, Monica produces and sells handmade pottery, embroidery, and soy candles.
