Roseanne Way has an extensive career in early childhood education and management, currently serving as the Centre Services Manager at Kindercare Learning Centres New Zealand since January 2000. In this role, Roseanne oversees a team responsible for center operations in the Northern Region, which includes Area Managers and curriculum specialists. Prior to this, Roseanne held dual roles as Area Manager and Curriculum Manager, with comprehensive responsibilities for curriculum planning and regional center management. Roseanne's earlier experience includes significant contributions to Ela Beach International Primary School and various positions at Kindercare Learning Centres from Teacher to Centre Director. Roseanne's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Education, multiple leadership development courses through The John Maxwell Company, and continuous professional development contributing to full teacher registration since 1996.
