Sarah Branson has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Camp Director and Counselor for TEAMeffort Youth Mission Camps. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of La Crosse as a Disabilities Service Support Specialist and Intern. During this time, they also worked as a Substitute Teacher for Hudson High School and a Personal Care Assistant for Family Pathways Non Profit. In 2012, they began working as an In-Home Nanny for a Private Family, providing care for two young boys while their parents worked. In 2014, they began working as an In-Home Nanny for another Private Family, providing care for two young children while their parents worked. In 2016, they began working as a Child and Family Therapist for Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care. Since 2018, they have been a CHERISH Infant Mental Health Therapist for Kindering.
Sarah Branson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 2008 and 2012. Sarah then went on to obtain their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, Sarah attended Hudson High School from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Sarah holds a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate certification, which they obtained in July 2016, as well as a Mental Health Professional certification.
