Erik Verzijden

Erik Verzijden is a seasoned trainer and coach in the hockey domain with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Trainer Coach Des Dames 1 at MHC DES since August 2024, Erik has also held multiple leadership roles at Humankind Kinderopvang En Ontwikkeling since April 2008, including Assistent Regiodirecteur and Vestigingsmanager. Erik has actively contributed to various hockey clubs, with notable achievements such as leading BNMHC Zwart-Wit to success as Trainer Coach Heren 1, and previously coaching teams at Hockeyvereniging Union, MHC MEP, BH&BC Breda, and Union Dames 1, earning numerous championships and accolades. Erik's coaching proficiency is backed by formal training at Avans University of Applied Sciences.
