Melissa Be

Melissa Be is a dedicated educational professional with a strong background in early childhood education and development. Currently serving as a Pedagogisch beleidsmedewerker en coach at Humankind Kinderopvang En Ontwikkeling since February 2022, Melissa previously worked as an adviseur jonge kind/VVE at CED-Groep, where notable contributions included training in various early childhood programs and presentations on parental involvement and inclusivity. With research experience at Utrecht University focusing on enhancing educational outcomes for migrant families and assessing childcare quality, Melissa has also engaged in diverse roles, including project leadership and research assistance across multiple institutions. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Education, Socialization and Youth Policy from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science in Pedagogical Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.
