Maithili Sagar, Esq. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Maithili is currently serving as the Co-Founder of BanqMart, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of KinderPass since January 2019. Maithili also served as a Board Member at TechwareLab starting from December 2020.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Maithili worked as the VP of Product at Kinderville Preschools from June 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. Their roles at Amazon included being an Sr. Product Manager for the Ad Platform from December 2016 to April 2018 and an Sr. Product Manager for Prime Member Benefits from August 2015 to December 2016.

Maithili started their career with an internship at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Intern, Brand Experience in the summer of 2014. Maithili then held the position of VP of Business Development at Kinderville Preschools from August 2011 to December 2013.

Before transitioning into business development, Maithili practiced law as an Associate at Bennett Jones LLP from August 2010 to June 2011. Maithili started their legal career with the same firm as a Summer Student from May 2009 to September 2009.

Maithili's early career involved working as an Assistant Business Manager at Kinderville Preschools from April 2006 to March 2009, gaining valuable experience in managing business operations.

Maithili Sagar, Esq. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Strategic Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained an LL.B./B.C.L. degree in Law and a BCom degree in Global Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from McGill University. Additionally, Maithili has successfully completed the Ontario Bar Admission through The Law Society of Upper Canada in June 2011 and the New York Bar Admission through the New York State Bar in May 2010.
