Before founding Decision Counsel, he served as President of Liquid Thinking, a professional services firm focused on accelerating venture-backed enterprises. Prior to Liquid Thinking, Sal was a Managing Partner for USWeb/CKS, where he lead client engagements with Novell, IBM, Televisa, Sega and Mazda. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Sal was responsible for building over $70,000,000 in client relationships. Previously, Sal served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Motorola and Acer America. A gifted speaker and facilitator, Sal leads the Strategic Framework programs that empower executive management off-sites, strategic planning meetings, sales training and product development planning. His client engagements include Dun & Bradstreet, Salesforce.com, MacWorld, Time Inc., Acupera, Trend Shift, Spotify, Metrostudy and ICharts.
