Dana R. Alfred

Dana R. Alfred is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in government services and public policy, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at KinderSystems since June 2024. Previously, Dana held the position of Vice President at MAXIMUS from 2011 to 2023, focusing on building actionable business opportunity pipelines and maintaining critical client relationships within state and local government. Prior roles include leading strategy and solution development for government-focused human services and serving as an independent consultant for the Policy Resource Team. Dana also acted as Executive Director for the Office of Oversight and Evaluation in Louisiana, managing over $200 million in federal funding across multiple agencies. Early career includes a tenure as Policy Specialist at the National Conference of State Legislatures, providing non-partisan analysis on federal regulations and human services. Dana is an alumnus of the University of Northern Colorado.
