Chase Schell

Chase Schell is an Automation Engineer at Summit Biosciences Inc. since December 2021, specializing in PLC programming, facility monitoring systems, and advanced troubleshooting among other responsibilities. Previously, Chase served as a Controls Engineer at Montaplast of North America from May 2018 to December 2021, where project management and equipment verification procedures were key focuses. An earlier role as an Engineering Co-Op at Montaplast involved developing a senior CAPSTONE project utilizing a Staubli 4-axis robot. Chase began academic research as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Morehead State University, contributing to the design optimization of a solar race vehicle. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Engineering & Technology Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology from Morehead State University.
