Chelsea Koll

Chelsea Koll serves as a Sr. Specialist in Operational Excellence & Data Analytics at Kindeva Drug Delivery, specializing in continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. Chelsea has extensive experience in project management, having previously held the title of Project Manager III at both Kindeva Drug Delivery and Summit Biosciences Inc., where Chelsea successfully developed and managed plans for drug product commercialization. Prior roles include Manager of FFaST and Projects at Sanofi Pasteur, where Chelsea led continuous improvement projects, and participation in a two-year development program as an Industrial Operations Associate. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Notre Dame College and has also engaged in various internships, including positions at Sherwin Williams and LabCorp, contributing to research and operational efficiency. Additionally, Chelsea undertook a significant personal challenge as a thru-hiker on the Appalachian Trail, demonstrating resilience and logistical management skills.
