Eric Elsten

Eric Elsten has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Eric is currently serving as the IT Director of Infrastructure & Service Delivery at Kindeva Drug Delivery, where they are responsible for overseeing global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and risk management for the company. Prior to this role, they had a long tenure at 3M, where they held various positions including Information Technology Business Relationship Manager, Information Technology Program Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Information Technology Technical Lead, and Information Technology Analyst.

Eric Elsten obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Purdue University in the years 1997 to 2001. Eric then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Minnesota from 2004 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Eric acquired the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in March 2023 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2011.
