Kevin Hicks, PE has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Project Management Office at Kindeva Drug Delivery. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer as the Director of Transformation & Project Management Office and as a Program Manager in the Project Management Office. Kevin also held the position of Head of Operations at HUVEPHARMA, INC.

During their time at Global Surgical Corporation, Kevin served as the Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Kevin was responsible for managing all aspects of Operations and Compliance, implementing process improvement strategies, and developing an effective team. Their efforts resulted in significant reductions in non-conformances and complaints while improving production efficiency.

Kevin also gained valuable experience at Virbac as a Value Stream Manager, where they led a cross-functional team and implemented a certification program to restructure a previously recalled product. Additionally, they worked at Bausch + Lomb as an Operations Supervisor, saving costs and collaborating with marketing to optimize inventory.

Earlier in their career, Kevin started at Stryker as a Senior Project Engineer and held various roles including Business Unit Manager, Associate Engineering Manager, and Industrial Engineer. Kevin played a key role in improving operations, managing diverse manufacturing projects, and implementing Lean practices.

Prior to entering the private sector, Kevin served as a Captain in the US Army.

Kevin Hicks, PE has a strong educational background in engineering and management. Kevin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Kevin pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1999.

In 2022, Kevin will be attending Washington State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. This additional qualification will further enhance their managerial and leadership skills.

To complement their education, Kevin also holds a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, which they obtained in October 2020. This certification reflects their expertise in process improvement methodologies and showcases their commitment to ensuring efficiency and quality in their work.
