Valencia Pack

Valencia Pack has a diverse work experience. Valencia started their career as a Seasonal Sales Representative at Forever 21 in 2011. After that, they had a Summer Internship at Office Digital in 2014. Later in 2014, they worked as a Telecommunications Specialist at the College of Charleston, providing support to the admissions team. In 2016, Valencia joined Ashley Furniture Industries as a Customer Service Representative, where they excelled in managing cash and credit transactions and maintaining financial reports. Valencia then transitioned to the education field, working as a Paraprofessional Educator at The Kindezi Schools from 2019 to 2020. During this time, they also completed a residency program as a Relay GSE Resident at Relay Graduate School of Education, where they co-taught lessons and supported students in various capacities. Valencia continued their journey in education by becoming an AmeriCorps Member, engaging in community service and educational initiatives from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Teacher at The Kindezi Schools, where they develop and delivers high-quality instruction in English Language Arts and Social Studies, analyzes data for improvement, and actively participates in coaching and lesson planning clinics.

Valencia Pack obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Charleston, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
