Deirdre Rogers

Deirdre Rogers is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with extensive experience in training and sales management. Currently serving as a Corporate Sales Trainer at Kind Lending since September 2025, Deirdre previously held the position of Training and Recruiting Manager at Integrity Mortgage Group, where the focus was on recruiting top talent and enhancing training on mortgage technology platforms. From August 2017 to August 2024, Deirdre worked at Axia Home Loans to develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving the performance of mortgage professionals. Earlier career highlights include managing bid qualification and property due diligence for Fannie Mae’s non-performing and re-performing loan sales and serving in various roles such as Anti-Fraud Manager and Pool Sales Transaction Manager. Deirdre’s background also includes serving as Senior Vice President of National Correspondent Sales at Thornburg Mortgage and Managing Director for Northern California at PMI Group.
