Chloe San Miguel, PhD, is a Research Manager at kindness.org since March 2023, specializing in research related to human factors and usability. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Factors Intern at Idaho National Laboratory from 2019 to 2023, where Chloe San Miguel contributed to research on various aspects of human-machine interaction in nuclear power settings.
