Dan Bricken

Dan Bricken has an extensive work experience history. Dan served as the Head of US M&A at Investec Bank plc starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Managing Director of East West Global Capital, Ltd. since October 2017. Dan also worked as a Senior Advisor at Doughlicious from November 2014 onwards. In addition, they served as the Co-Founder and Board Director of Kindred, a platform that enables users to make recommendations while promoting savings on global brands and local stores. Their experience also includes being a Chairman's Advisory Board Member at IntraBio Ltd. from March 2019 onwards, and a Member of the Board of Directors at YPO since July 2013. Dan Bricken has also held leadership positions such as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at EH Global Capital from October 2017 to December 2018, and as a Managing Director and Group Head of M&A International at Wells Fargo Securities from July 2009 to September 2017. Dan was also the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions outside of the U.S. and had private equity and institutional client relationship responsibilities at Wachovia Securities Investment Banking from March 1998 to July 2009. Their earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 1995 to February 1998, and as an Attorney at Dewey Ballantine LLP in their Washington, DC office, specializing in tax, legislative, and anti-trust litigation from September 1993 to September 1995.

Dan Bricken attended Willamette University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science, European History, and Economics. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the Georgetown University Law Center. In 1997, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing The Executive Program.
