Will Bernard

Will Bernard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Will served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kindred Home Care, where they significantly increased revenue by developing scalable technology and custom scheduling software. As the Chief Operating Officer at Goji Living, they contributed to the company's operations from 2020 to 2023. Will also worked as the Chief Improvement Officer at Willow Home Living in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Wild Pear Creative and the Donor Relations Manager at Focus on the Family Canada, where they implemented improvements in donor management and led fundraising campaigns. Will has also worked as an ESL Teacher in South Korea at Swaton Language School.

Will Bernard completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from St. Stephen's University in 2002. Will then pursued a Master's degree from the same university between 2003 and 2005. In 2014, Will Bernard attended the Wallace McCain Institute, where they completed the SEP4 program in 2015.
