Roger Lasater

Roger Lasater has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in sales and management roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at Pulte Group, Inc. in various positions such as General Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Construction Superintendent, and Customer Relations Manager. Roger then moved on to work as a Broker Associate at Marcus & Millichap in 2015. In 2016, they briefly owned and operated Stalwart Roofing & Construction. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Kindred Homes, starting in 2022.

Roger Lasater attended Texas A&M University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB). Roger also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Texas A&M University - Mays Business School during the same time period.
