Natalia Arora

Natalie Arora is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the venture capital and business development sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Kindred Ventures since February 2023, Natalie previously held the same title at Susa Ventures from January 2018 to October 2022. Additionally, Natalie contributed to the community of operations professionals as a Board Member at Let's Talk Ops from September 2020 to September 2022. Natalie's career also includes roles such as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Juicero, Director of Partnerships at JUST, and District Sales Manager at EcoScraps, Inc., which was acquired by Scotts Miracle-Gro. Natalie holds a BA in Sustainability with a focus on Food Systems from Arizona State University and has also participated in a study abroad program in Nutrition Sciences at Mahidol University.
