Ann-Marie Kennedy Retired

Ann-Marie Kennedy is a medically retired professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. After serving as a Post Acute Care Case Manager at Universal American since September 2012, Ann-Marie has been involved in case management and care coordination. Previous roles include working as a triage nurse at Hospice Compassus, managing a caseload of over 120 patients, and providing RN case management at AseraCare for hospice patients. Additionally, Ann-Marie served as the Director of Nursing at Conroe Health Care Center, overseeing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Ann-Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from IUPUI.
