Loren Hyde

A founder of Kindred Partners, Loren has been conducting CEO and VP-level searches for mission-based Consumer companies (Internet, services, product and Media) and SMB SaaS since 1995. She also leads Kindred’s Human Resources Practice (Chief People Officer/CHRO, VP, People/HR and VP, Talent searches) across Kindred’s portfolio.

Loren is the Chair of Kindred’s Diversity committee, and helps lead our efforts to drive awareness and achievement of diversity goals within the most senior levels of the technology industry. We are proud that this effort has resulted in meaningful impact – in 2019, forty percent of Kindred’s hires were diversity placements.
