Kim Ryan, PMP, CSM has over 25 years of experience in project management and consulting. Kim has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Kinecta Federal Credit Union, where they oversaw multiple portfolios and enterprise projects. Kim has also worked at prestigious companies like McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they led successful projects in data warehousing and HRMS implementation. Kim's expertise includes managing complex projects, delivering quality results, and building effective project teams.

Kim Ryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications from Adelphi University. Kim also completed an Executive Program in Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management and an Executive Program in Digital Marketing Analytics at MIT Sloan School of Management. Kim is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the PMI NYC Chapter.
