Willis Chang

Willis Chang is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Kinecta Federal Credit Union since March 2003. Currently serving as Vice President and Digital Transformation Officer, Willis has held multiple leadership roles including Enterprise Systems Architect and Vice President of Innovation and Application Delivery. Significant contributions include developing a new online banking platform and architecting a comprehensive bill payment system, achieving substantial annual cost savings. Prior experience includes consulting for Family Foods Co., Inc., where Willis developed a web-based ERP application and managed server installations.
