Michael Ball

Michael Ball has a wide range of experience in the banking, technology, and marketing fields. Michael currently serves as the SVP of Direct Sales at Kinective, where they lead the direct sales team to bring innovative digital banking solutions to financial institutions. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Markets and Strategy at IMM (now Kinective), where they oversaw marketing and product strategy, including branding, demand generation, and partner marketing. Michael also served as the President of Datastore, managing the company's business strategy and operations. Before that, they held various leadership roles in companies such as Diversified Care, Clearview ECM, EMC documentum, SER Solutions, MacroSoft, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic vision, execute business plans, and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Michael Ball has a background in Business Administration from Marshall University. Michael also holds a certification in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn, obtained in 2024.
