Sushant Banjan

Sushant Banjan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical component design and project engineering. Currently serving as an Owner's Engineer and Project Engineering Lead at Kinectrics since February 2024, Sushant's previous roles include Project Coordinator at Mattina Mechanical Limited and Plant Operations Support at Li-Cycle. Sushant has also held positions at Queen's University as a Library Assistant and Teaching Assistant, alongside experience as a Project Engineer at JBF PETROCHEMICALS LIMITED and a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Pratibha Industries Ltd. Sushant holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
