Seamus Small

Managing Director & Co-Founder at Kinesis Health Technologies

Prior to co-founding Kinesis in 2013 (acquired by Linus Health in 2022), Seamus spent over 6 years leading the TRIL center, a €22 million research program. At TRIL Seamus had full management responsibility for all operations within the TRIL Centre, including research, IT, engineering, clinical, finance, legal, HR, and communications.

Seamus managed the startup phase of Ireland’s national research center on Connected Health, the Applied Research for Connected Health (ARCH) Centre from 2013 to 2014.

Seamus previously spent 8 years working for Intel as a Senior Project Manager and has extensive experience in managing software, infrastructure, and business projects within Intel, as well as managing a team of technical consultants. Prior to joining UCD and TRIL Seamus worked briefly as a Program Manager for an industry-leading online gaming company.

Seamus is a BSc Hons Computing Science graduate from the University of Ulster as well as an MBA graduate from Dublin City University.
