Janice Landis

Janice Landis currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Global Capabilities Center at KINESSO, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Janice held significant roles at RafterOne as the Senior Vice President of Global People and Culture and Global Senior Director of People and Culture from April 2010 to June 2024. Additionally, Janice worked at PixelMEDIA/Docmation from April 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading Global HR operations during periods of rapid growth and managing HR and accounting operations during significant organizational changes. Janice also held the position of Accounting Manager at the Department of Family and Children's Services from January 2006 to January 2007. Janice earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield State University between January 1984 and January 1987.
