Nico Paajanen is the Nordic Director of Data, Technology & Analytics at KINESSO, leading regional initiatives for the digital marketing, data, and technology division of IPG Mediabrands since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Matterkind at IPG Mediabrands Finland from August 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing client services within a multifaceted marketing agency. Nico played a pivotal role in founding and directing the Business Intelligence unit, Datahub, aimed at automating reporting processes. Previous roles include strategist and digital planner at R3AL Helsinki, as well as digital marketing manager and graphic designer, showcasing a strong background in programmatic advertising, marketing analytics, and brand development. Nico holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics, completed in 2017.
