Marion R. Foote

Robin Foote has served on the board of directors of Kineta since July 2017. Ms. Foote also serves on the board of directors of Avalara, Inc., a leading provider of sales, use, and value-added tax calculation and filing services. In addition, she currently serves as a director of multiple private companies in the financial services, life sciences, and technology sectors. Ms. Foote has also served as an independent business advisor. Previously, Ms. Foote served as a partner at Novantas, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on the financial industry, following the merger of her firm, Randolph Partners, with Novantas. Prior to establishing Randolph Partners, Ms. Foote served as Group Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Bank of America’s Retail Bank. Ms. Foote also served as a member of the board of directors of DLJ direct, a brokerage services company (now part of E*Trade), and Cascade Financial Corporation/Cascade Bank (now part of Pacific Premier Bank), a commercial banking company.

Ms. Foote holds a B.A. in Economics and Math from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
