Shimi Minhas

Shimi Minhas is the Owner and Partner of Kinetek Consulting, a Premier IBM and Deltek Partner, since 2004, leading a team with extensive experience in these technologies since the early 1990s. Currently, Shimi manages various implementation projects for clients, demonstrating expertise in Deltek, IBM Cognos, ETL, and Oracle technologies. Previous roles include consulting for notable organizations such as BLUE ORIGIN, PARC, SAIC, and NOAA, focusing on complex invoicing, business intelligence, and data warehouse solutions. Shimi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
