Justin Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and communication strategies. Currently serving as Manager - Customer Experience at Kinetic since January 2022, Justin has also held several key roles, including Head of Customer Experience at Transdev Melbourne and Media, Public Affairs & Digital Manager. Prior to this, Justin worked at RMIT University, where responsibilities included designing and delivering public relations curriculum and managing work integrated learning. Additional experience includes roles as Communications Coordinator at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Consultant at the Victorian Farmers Federation, Senior Public Relations Officer at Museum Victoria, and Public Affairs and Press Officer at the National Farmers Union of England and Wales. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design (Honours) from RMIT University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Communication) from QUT.
