Kelly Cooper

Kelly Cooper is an experienced operations management professional with a diverse background in transportation and human resources. Currently serving as Manager Operations Control Centre at Kinetic since December 2023, Kelly is responsible for resource forecasting, safety compliance, and fatigue regulation management for drivers. Previous roles at Kinetic include Acting Operations Manager and Lead Operations Supervisor, where Kelly focused on safety, operations, and customer relations. Kelly's career also includes positions as Operations Coordinator and Coach Captain at Greyhound Resources, Transport Driver at Hamilton Island, and various roles in tourism and recruitment. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Human Resources from The University of Waikato and a Diploma in NZ Business from Wintec.
