Joe Keadle leads the Lending, Collateral Audit, Risk, and Remarketing processes with a focus on providing an engaging customer experience while incorporating disruptive technology to service the automotive industry’s needs. As COO for Automotive Finance Corporation, Joe Keadle oversaw the day-to-day field operations while assuring standardization of operating practices and procedures. Keadle has also played key roles in the application of training programs to enhance the skill set and performance of employees. Joe has more than 27 years of experience in the automotive industry. His background ranges from managing new and used car departments to finance-related executive management positions. He is known for building high-performing teams and developing results-oriented sales and operational cultures. Keadle was on the Automotive Resource Network Board of Directors and has been a loyal supporter and active with NIADA for many years. Keadle, in partnership with NIADA, has been a frequent presenter during their state and national conferences.
