Aaron Birt

Aaron Birt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and research within the fields of technology and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Solvus Global since August 2017, and as Co-Founder and CEO of Kinetic Batteries since May 2017, Aaron has a strong background in developing innovative solutions in material science. Prior roles include a PhD Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, focusing on machine learning algorithms and cold spray techniques. Aaron's entrepreneurial spirit is further demonstrated through co-founding EventTree and achieving recognition in startup competitions. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
