Robert Villarreal

Robert Villarreal serves as the Global Portfolio Director at 3M since January 2020. With extensive experience in marketing and brand management, Villarreal has held positions such as Senior Director and Director of US Marketing at Acelity since 2013. Prior roles include Director of Global Brand Marketing and various managerial positions at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. spanning from 2004 to 2012. Villarreal began a career in marketing at Cardinal Health from 1998 to 2003, following an engineering role at Engineering Construction Management International. Villarreal holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and an MBA in Business from the University of the Pacific (UOP).
