Kimberly Ingwersen

Kimberly Ingwersen is an experienced organizational development consultant and Co-Active PCC accredited coach with a strong background in diversity and inclusion initiatives and leadership strategies. Kimberly spent three decades at Caterpillar Inc., where roles included managing a team in financial operations and focusing on global organizational development. Kimberly also contributed to the Coaching Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach. Earlier career experiences include positions at the World Economic Forum as an Advertising Account Executive and at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Auditor and Programmer. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Psychology from the University of Redlands, a Certified Managerial Accountant designation, and training from the ICF.
