Katherine Haan has held various roles in their professional career. In 2021, they joined Circle X Theatre Co as a Literary Director and Kinetic Lighting as a Sales Support Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Anthropologie from 2016 to 2021, where they held the roles of Department Manager, Home Department Supervisor, Operations MIT, Senior Customer Service Associate, and two Customer Service Associate positions. In 2015, they were a Graduate Student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. katherine also worked at Kinetic Lighting from 2012 to 2016, where they were a Purchasing Agent and Front Office Assistant.

Katherine Haan received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Occidental College in 2007, where they studied Theatre/Theater. katherine then went on to pursue a Master of Arts - MA from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2015, where they studied Acting.
