Sulajja Firodia Motwani is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. As the Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green since May 2012, Sulajja has driven innovation in electric mobility. Previously, Sulajja served as Vice Chairman of the Board at Kinetic Engg Limited from April 2008 to April 2024 and held the position of Managing Director at Kinetic Honda Motor Company from April 2000 to April 2008, contributing to a successful joint venture with Honda Motor Company Limited. Sulajja also held the role of Joint Managing Director at Kinetic Engg Limited from July 1996 to April 2000, where operations and business were effectively managed. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at BARRA INTERNATIONAL, LLC from April 1992 to April 1996, focusing on portfolio risk management and financial analytics. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained from 1990 to 1992.
