Melinda Roy

Melinda Roy is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in investor relations, business development, and equity research. Currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at Kinetic since September 2025, Melinda previously held the position of COO, FIG at Apollo Global Management, Inc. from November 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included investor relations and business development. Prior experience includes roles as an Equity Research Analyst and Associate at Deutsche Bank from June 2013 to November 2020, as well as a Finance Intern at Standard Chartered Bank in 2011. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and completed secondary education at Rye Country Day School.
