Paullaster Okoth

Paullaster Okoth is a Senior Web Developer at Kinetic Technology Limited since March 2023, where contributions include redesigning the membership platform to enhance user experience, resulting in a notable 18% sales increase and three sales opportunities in Nairobi for Q1 2024, as well as developing an Electronic Voting System focused on user-centric design. Previously, Paullaster worked as a Junior Developer at Samasource from September 2020 to March 2023, improving the SamaHub platform's efficiency for over 2,000 employees, and completed a Software Engineering Management Trainee role at Huawei in 2022, where responsibilities involved monitoring and diagnosing a Convergent Billing System. Additionally, Paullaster founded and served as Chief Technology Officer at MicroTesla from August 2019 to September 2020, delivering software solutions for local challenges, and gained hands-on IT support experience at Multimedia University of Kenya from August 2018 to August 2019. Paullaster holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Software Engineering from Multimedia University of Kenya, completed in December 2021.
