John Labenski

VP Engineering at Kinetica

John Labenski has a strong background in engineering and physics research. John worked as a Research Scientist at NIST, where they studied Johnson Noise Thermometry and made measurements for the next International Temperature Scale. John also built stable temperature references and improved electronic circuits to reduce system noise. Later, Labenski joined BAE Systems as a Principal Physicist, conducting ionospheric heating experiments and working on signal analysis and software architecture for camera systems. Currently, Labenski serves as the VP of Engineering at Kinetica.

John Labenski completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics at Lehigh University from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics from Lehigh University, where they studied from 1996 to 2005.
