Ethan Ratnofsky has a diverse range of work experience in the software engineering field. Ethan started their career as a Groundskeeper and Caddie at Brae Burn Golf and Country Club from June 2018 to August 2019. In November 2019, Ethan founded their own company called Off-Grinnell. In January 2020, they worked as a Cashier & Package Handler at Grinnell College. From June 2020 to August 2021, Ethan worked as a Software Developer Intern at AbbVie. Ethan then moved on to ChangePlusPlus, where they worked as a Software Developer from October 2021 to September 2022 and as an Engineering Manager from September 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Ethan works as a Software Engineer I at Kinetik since June 2023.

Ethan Ratnofsky completed their high school education at Newton North High School from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Ethan then pursued further education at Grinnell College from 2019 to 2020, where they studied Computer Science and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, Ethan is enrolled at Vanderbilt University since 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Ethan has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they obtained a Problem Solving (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank, followed by a Python (Basic) Certificate from the same institution. In June 2022, Ethan completed various courses in Modern JavaScript, React, React Hooks, Redux, and The Complete Node.js Developer Course (3rd Edition) from ui.dev and Udemy. Furthermore, in May 2023, Ethan obtained an Intermediate Web Development certification from CodePath and became a Startup Connect member at Neo in March 2023.
