Estefania Ferguson

Estefania Ferguson has had a comprehensive work experience beginning in 2011. Estefania started with internships at ITESM Campus Chihuahua from January 2011 to October 2014, followed by an internship at Orinoco Systems de Mexico from October 2014 to September 2015. Afterward, they joined GCC for an internship from September 2015 to December 2015 before transitioning to Madata. At Madata, Estefania held various roles, including Local Support from December 2015 to July 2016, OCC Analyst from July 2016 to July 2017, and finally IT Support Specialist from July 2017 to April 2022. Currently, Estefania is working as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Kinetik, a position they started in April 2022.

Estefania Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information and Communication Technologies from ITESM between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Degree in Administration from Colegio de Bachilleres Plantel No. 1 from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Estefania also holds a certification as a Field Support Analyst from the Service Desk Institute, which they obtained in August 2021.
