Sharon Schmitt

Sharon Schmitt has a diverse range of work experience. Sharon started their career at Development Design Group where they worked in an administrative role from an unspecified start date until 2007. Sharon then moved on to Chesapeake Medical Staffing where they served as a Scheduling Coordinator, responsible for placing nursing staff at various healthcare facilities. In 2008, they joined Kinetix as a Recruiting Coordinator, providing support for the recruitment team at Global Payments Inc. Sharon'sresponsibilities included conducting life cycle recruiting for various departments. In 2010, they joined ITT Technical Institute as a Career Services Specialist, assisting students and graduates in finding employment related to their fields of study. Sharon later returned to Kinetix in 2011 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they helped growth companies acquire and retain top talent through recruitment process outsourcing. Sharon then progressed to the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Manager before becoming the current Recruitment Manager & Coach.

Sharon Schmitt obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Sharon attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
