Victor Erazo

Victor Erazo has been in the IT industry for 10 years. Victor started their career in 2010 as a Support Technician at Transparent Technologies, where they were responsible for laptop hardware and software setup, monitoring the network, and documenting any issues for PC, Network, Telephony, and server environments. In 2011, they moved to ChildCare Education Institute as a Jr Network Admin, providing back up to all Network Administrator functions and working closely with the Network Administrator and IT Manager. In 2012, they joined Bentley Prince Street as a Senior Operations Support Specialist, performing installations of hardware and software, as well as configuration and implementation of new software products. In 2016, they became a Service Analyst at Creative Artists Agency. Most recently, they have been working at Kinetix since 2017, first as a Responsive Support Technician and then as a Technical Lead.

Victor Erazo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University between 2005 and 2010. Victor also holds certifications from OneLogin, Cisco Meraki, Jamf, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+, which were obtained in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2019, and 2019 respectively.
