Elaine D'Souza

Elaine D'souza is a seasoned recruitment professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at KinFitz & Co. since January 2025, Elaine previously held roles at Easygenerator, where responsibilities included Talent Acquisition Partner and Specialist, contributing to innovative approaches in eLearning course development. Elaine began a career in human resources as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Zone Connect, supporting the launch of a new franchise in Goa, India. Additional experience includes senior human resources roles at Forever Hungry Hospitality and Zorg Inc., as well as a foundational role at SocioLoca, where Elaine managed key accounts and social media strategies. Elaine holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Xaviers Institute of Business Management Studies and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
