Eric Desrosiers is an experienced photojournalist and visual storyteller with a career spanning over a decade in the broadcasting industry. Currently, at KI since September 2019, Eric shoots and edits daily visual stories as well as advanced long-format pieces using Sony FS7s and mirrorless DSLRs. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a news photojournalist at WDSU TV from October 2016 to September 2019, where daily packages were produced independently and in collaboration with reporters. Eric's earlier experience at WPTZ from July 2011 to October 2016 included shooting and editing stories for both day turns and longer formats, as well as operating ENG trucks and TVU backpacks. Eric began the professional journey as a production assistant, preparing morning shows and managing studio equipment. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television-Video and Audio-Radio Production from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, obtained in 2011.
